As a certified ADR Practitioner and Leadership Trainer, she has equipped more than 800 HR professionals and business leaders with practical skills and globally recognized HR competencies.
Nana Akua is also a proud member of the Institute of Directors-Ghana, holding certifications in SHRM-CP, SPHRi, Balanced Scorecard, and ADR. 1st degree in HR and admin, 1st masters in Business Admin and 2nd masters in Communication studies. Her mission is to raise confident, ethical, and future-ready leaders.
