An executive certificate programme equipping HR professionals and managers with the legal knowledge to navigate the workplace with confidence, fairness, and compliance.

About the Programme

Know the Law. Lead with Confidence.

HR decisions carry legal consequences. Whether you are managing a disciplinary process, drafting employment contracts, handling terminations, or navigating union negotiations — every action must be grounded in legal compliance.

The HR & The Law programme is a practical, expert-led course that builds your knowledge of Ghanaian labour law, employment regulations, and HR legal procedure. Delivered by a practising legal expert with experience spanning litigation, regulatory compliance, and international labour organisations, this programme closes the gap between HR practice and legal risk management.
