The HR Certification Centre officially launched its Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Certification Programme on Thursday, 7th June 2026, under the theme: “The Strategic Shift, Repositioning HR as a Business Partner for Organisational Impact.” The launch event brought together HR professionals, business leaders, executives, and people managers to discuss the evolving role of Human Resources in driving organisational performance and strategic business outcomes.
The programme seeks to equip HR professionals with the practical and strategic competencies needed to function effectively as business partners within modern organisations. Delivering the keynote address, Fiona Anthony highlighted the importance of positioning HR as a strategic function that contributes directly to organisational growth, leadership decision-making, and business sustainability. She encouraged HR professionals to move beyond administrative responsibilities and embrace strategic influence within their organisations.
The event also featured an engaging panel discussion with Kwaku Owusu Opoku, Ephraim Agyiri Banor, and Festus E.K. Badu. The panel shared practical insights on strategic partnering, stakeholder engagement, workforce transformation, and the future of HR leadership. The HRBP Certification Programme officially begins on 11th July 2026 and will run for eight weeks in a fully online format. Sessions will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, offering flexibility for working professionals.
