Marie-Ann Ocansey has a combined experience of over 25 years in Banking and Human Resource Management. The last ten years have been solely in HR as an HR Generalist.
She holds an MBA in HRM and is certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi). She is currently the Senior HR Manager for CBCIL- providing shared services for it’s subsidiaries in Telecom services.
She has a passion for people development with special focus on young people aspiring to leadership. She is a Mentor for the HR Mentorship program and has recently certified as a professional Coach.
She has been married for 22 years and is blessed with a supportive family.
