Maataa Safoa Boakye is an accomplished HR leader with over a decade of experience in the fields of human resources, customer service and people management. As the Head of Human Capital at Jospong International Business , Maataa oversees all aspects of employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, employee culture and organizational development across 29 African Countries, Asia and Europe.
Maataa’s career began with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from University of Ghana, followed by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from University of Ghana Business School. A certificate in Human Resource Management from University of Minnesota, Senior Professional in Human Resource International (SPHRi)-HRCI – USA. Her educational background, combined with her strategic vision and empathetic leadership style, has driven significant cultural transformations and operational efficiencies in every organization she has been part of.
