Yvonne Ama Adiepana Wiredu-Akpabli is a distinguished Strategic HR and Training Consultant with over 19 years of leadership experience across various sectors, including energy, finance, shipping, telecom, and media. She transforms HR departments into strategic business partners, specializing in HR diagnostics, policy design, performance management, and compensation structuring. She is known for building HR functions from the ground up and driving organizational excellence through people.
A certified professional coach and instructor for SPHRi, PHRi at HRCC, and CIHRM programs, she delivers high-impact training in leadership, professional development, and HR certification. She holds an LLM in Labour Law, LLB, MBA in HR, and a BA (Arts) from UCC. Being a re-certified Senior HR professional, a Fellow at the CIHRM, a member of ACHRs, with other certifications, she combines legal expertise with practical insight to build ethical, compliant, and high-performing organizations.
Yvonne currently leads the human resources department at a public company in Ghana, having previously led HR and Administration at MSC Shipping, Databank Group, and CMG. Aside from the above, she leads an HR Firm (H4 Factor) where she supports the HR needs of small SMEs and individuals with their career needs; and Takoa Foundation, an NGO that empowers young girls and their families in rural communities through her pad project and other donations.
She is married with kids and loves farming, children, and having fun.
