We are looking for a driven Sales & Communications Officer to turn enquiries into enrolments across HRCC's certification, training and professional development programmes.

What you will do

• Convert qualified leads and enquiries into paid enrolments across HRCC's certification, training and professional development programmes.
• Proactively follow up leads through calls, WhatsApp, email and other sales channels, moving prospects through the sales pipeline to closure.
• Achieve assigned weekly and monthly enrolment, conversion and revenue targets through disciplined prospecting and sales execution.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales pipeline records, tracking prospects, follow-ups, conversions, lost opportunities and customer feedback.
• Support sales-driven communication and promotional campaigns that generate enquiries, re-engage prospects and increase programme enrolment.
