The Program

Three Areas of Development

The mentorship programme is designed to support continuous learning and development across three key areas. Success is judged by completion, a mentee report, and skills identified during the relationship.

Professional Development

Build core HR competencies and industry expertise. Mentors share good practices, provide feedback, and guide you through complex professional decisions.

Career Development

Expand your network, gain clarity on career progression paths, and develop the strategic thinking needed to advance in the HR profession.

Personal Development

Grow emotional intelligence — a key ingredient for full professional development — alongside personal effectiveness and confident decision-making.
